How does the 14-day free trial work?
Just sign up and see for yourself! 😉 No really. Just pick your plan and walk through our simple registration process. We don’t require a credit card up front. After registration, our system will take you directly to your new content dashboard and there’s a ton of help content and videos to get you acclimated. You have 14 days to kick the tires and a member of our team will reach out for more hands-on help. Before your 14-day trial expires, you will be notified by email and prompted within the application to enter your credit card information. When you plug in that info, you’ll be instantly subscribed (and much cooler)!
Is there a discount for non-profits?
Yes. We offer a discount for not-for-profit organizations. Just sign up for the plan that fits your needs and then shoot us an email (contact [at] divvyhq.com) when you’re ready to activate your account. We’ll take care of the rest.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Not unless you want to. Month-to-month pricing is slightly higher than our annual contract pricing, but we get it, you want to go on a few dates first before getting married. Just know that we don’t have commitment issues. We’re all in on long-term, successful content marketing relationships.
What is a “Reviewer”?
DivvyHQ has two types of user seats/licenses: full users and reviewers. Full users will typically be content managers and producers who need to use the application regularly. But we created a special, free/low-cost user type (reviewers) for other internal or external stakeholders who aren’t normal content producers, and just need some visibility into your content schedule. Reviewer permissions are more of the read-only persuasion, but they can still be part of the review, approval and collaboration process. Here’s more on DivvyHQ User Roles & Permissions.
Is there a cost for new-customer onboarding/training?
Yes. We charge a one-time fee of $1,500 for all new customers. Once your account is activated, you’ll be introduced to your Account Strategist who will ensure your DivvyHQ account is molded properly to your content strategy and processes, and that your team is comfortable in a world without spreadsheets. Scary, we know. Our typical onboarding engagement includes four, one-hour sessions, scheduled at your convenience. For more details, check out our Services page.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept PayPal (or Bitcoin). We can also do a P.O. or invoice/ACH scenario.
Can I change plans and/or users at any time?
In most cases, yes. If you’ve opted for a month-to-month subscription, you can change anything at anytime. Within the Account Settings area, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan level. Within the Team Members area, you can add or delete users. Simple as that. Now if you are on an annual contract, you cannot downgrade your plan or reduce user seats. But you can certainly upgrade your plan or user seats upon request. Contact your DivvyHQ account representative if you have questions.
If I cancel my account, can I get my content out?
If you are cancelling a paid plan, we do not prorate payments or issue refunds for a partial month.
