Kelly is the founder of Voyage Consulting Group (VCG), a management consulting firm that helps executives, founders, and Boards link purpose, people, and profit. Kelly has spent her career in operations, marketing, strategic planning, and Human Resources for large and mid-sized professional services and technical companies. She is an adjunct professor in the MBA program for Rockhurst University, a contributor to Forbes.com, the author of two books, and an award-winning speaker. Kelly has been a life coach and executive mentor to DivvyHQ since the beginning of our journey.

Paul Roetzer is founder and CEO of Marketing AI Institute, and founder of Ready North (formerly PR 20/20), HubSpot’s first partner agency. Shawn Kinkade
Shawn is a full time certified Professional Business Coach and the Founder of Aspire Business Development, a business strategy, consulting and coaching company founded in Leawood Kansas in 2007. He works with Business Owners and Entrepreneurs, helping them navigate through the growth phase of business and create long term value.
Shawn’s past experience has been a mix of Management Consulting (Accenture and as an independent) and as a Corporate Executive (at Sprint PCS). Both roles required extensive work on developing and fixing business processes, making people productive, instilling leadership and coaching success with a dedicated focus on solving business problems.
